Libero PPST are a professional football Tour Operator, licensed Players Agent, Football Consultancy and licensed UEFA Match Agent who have worked with some of the biggest names in football in the UK and Europe.

Tours

We have over 20 years experience of working with professional teams, our speciality is organising bespoke football tours and training camps, the forefront of which is pre-season. We have an unrivalled reputation for providing some of the worlds greatest football clubs with an exceptional training experience.

Match Agents

In 2008, we gained UEFA Match Agent status, offering Clients the security of quality friendly match arrangements governed by UEFA Regulations whether at home or abroad. Quality opponents are available through our worldwide network of contacts.

Players Agents

We are proud to offer the services of a licensed Players Agent, represented by our Managing Director, Kenny Moyes, who is certified through the Scottish Football Association.

Respectfully creating lifelong relations built on trust and integrity, offering practical career advice combined with contractual support and representation. We also offer sound financial guidance, negotiate with Clubs on Players behalf through our international scouting network and have contacts at every stage of the game, from youth through to professional level.
